-the GRE is not as awful as you make yourself think

-9 hours of sleep is a good way to recover from anything

-Jude the Obscure is ruining my life, but I've come too far to give up now (even if I want to THROTTLE some key main characters, YES I'M TALKING TO YOU, SUE; I don't care that you're Kate Winslet in my head, you are CRAZY.)

-brownies and Holiday Pomegranate 7-Up are ANOTHER good way to recover from anything.

-right now Red Robin is having a $5 special on their basic cheeseburger

-in relation to the above, I had pickles for the first time last night!  I hope Becca will still be my sister.

-I had fun redesigning my blog, for fun; you were right Mom--Gibraltar!

-It turns out I did better on the practice sections of math than I did on the real thing, but that is okay.

-I did better on the real verbal sections than in the practice, and that is very okay!

-my Linguistics midterm yesterday was disquietingly easy--which means that either I'm brilliant or I'm a really big idiot.  ... Let's go with the first, eh?

-my mead beverage turned out alright, but really it just made me excited to make wassail.  

-things are progressing apace with my shark costume. Now I just have to devise a means of attaching a fin...ideas are welcome.

-I'm really proud of Becca for being so awesome, here's why.
