Summer= Projects x "a billion"

Dudes.  Projects.  First off, you may notice that I suddenly have junk in my margin.   Long have I eschewed such nonsense as "About Me" blurbs or  blog links .  What motivated me to clog up the sides in  a way that narcissism or friendship never could?  Answer:  filthy lucre.  Dinero.  $$$.

Yeah, that's right.  I sold my creative soul to the devil, and the devil was Etsy.com.  Christy's been telling me about it for ages,  and today she finally got fed up with telling and started signing me up.  So far I've got 3 books up for sale, feel free to pay me money for them.

Seriously though, it would be awesome if strangers would pay me money to legitimize my crafting habits.  Another of my funtime summer projects has been getting back on the purse making wagon, so some of those might end up on etsy eventually, if I deem them worthy.

Christy and I have also been doing some projects with no possibility of profit-making, except for in like love-units or memories or something.  First we finally made the baby quilt that's been on the list since Lulu was bout the size of  peanut--just 14 months late, come on, what's she complaining about?  Once we finally sat down and did it it went heck of fast.  Which left time for Lulu-based project number two, which was re-upholstering a baby chair from Ikea.  I totally scammed the idea from Kyle, who I can admit is twice the seamstress I'll ever be.  What  guy.  There's some cute pictures on Christy's blog--but since I don't believe in non-money-acquiring links, you're on your own to find them!

My blog is private now! No one will see your chair craftiness! I'm emailing you pictures so post them.
