So, life is pretty awesome right now, because it's almost Thanksgiving!! YES!! Oh my gosh, all the greatest things in life are going to happen--Monterey, San Francisco, and my house! And Family! And Becca and Kyle like always!
The only sad thing is that before I can go home and have good times, I have to do more school type things. Like, on Monday when I have to do a presentation in my Gothic Lit class! I'm actually starting to feel better about it, and am no longer convinced that it will eat my soul and dignity. It's on a pretty awesome topic--these two stories by Joseph Le Fanu, Carmilla and Green Tea. We're doing presentations in pairs, so really I'm focussing on Green Tea. Guys, it is such a crazy weird awesome story! Basically, there's a crazy guy who hallucinates that there's this EVIL DEMON MONKEY who is out to get him! So eventually he kills himself! I mean come on guys, evil demon monkeys?! The possibilities for gimmicky treats are endless! So that's how I'ma spend my weekend--making up some critical analysis about evil demon monkeys, packing for next week, and decorating cupcakes in evil demon monkey fashion!
