Today was a really good day. First of all, I watched select scenes from Howl's Moving Castle. That's the greatest thing about havign 12 o'clock class--you can wake up whenever you want and watch nice movies for a while before getting into all that 'school' nonsense. But wait, you are ask, how is it that you watched that exceptional film? Isn't it common knowledge that you lost that precious DVD, along with several other choice pieces, whilst you travelled in Barcelona in March? But aha, I say to you, that is why it is awesome that I found another copy for like five bucks on Half.com! Now I am a complete person again! Barcelona can just go ahead and swallow my favorite things in life, I will replace them easily! Take that!
Just kidding Barcelona. You are a beautiful city. Please don't sent Catalan-speaking thugs to my place of residence. I will be unable to communicate with them, and we will have opposing football team allegiances. That never ends well. So, how about Gaudi being awesome, amiright?
Anyway. The other awesome things involved creative writign class. First of all class itself was pretty cool today. The teacher was gone, btu he made us go anyway and talk amongst ourselves in groups about story ideas we were working on. At first it was awkward, because sharing ideas always is, but in the end I felt validated and like my lame ideas are actually pretty okay. So that was nice.
Then I spent the next four hours of my life in the bowels of the library, writing my autobiography for extra credit in the aforementioned creative writing class. It was actually a lot of fun, and feels like a valuable thing to have written down someplace. Plus, it will make up for when my lame story ideas turn into lame stories that get bad grades. Never hurts to have soem extra points in the bank.
And then to round off a pretty nice day, it was TV Thursday! Ugly Betty and The Office! I decided that due to scheduling conflicts, I'ma just buy 30 Rock on iTunes, or watch 'em online. I figured they have better re-watch value, if I buy them, and also I like it the best, and don't want my viewing pleasure to be disrupted by ambient roommate noise and such. This way I can always watch them at my leisure in a controlled environment. No, I do not take TV shows more seriously than anything else in my life. I assure you, I have my priorities in perfect order.
Now I hafta go read some stuff for all my it classes tomorrow. Luckily they're all pretty short assignments, since I've waited til about 10:30 to start. What was that about priorities?

I just watched 30 Rock-I can't believe there was a time when we did not have 30 rock to make us happy. Is it weird/bad that I require tv shows to make me happy sometimes? I was in a good mood all day yesterday knowing that I had good shows to watch. Anyway, glad you had a good day too. You really imporved my day by letting me read your paper. I haven't cried that much in a long time and it really helped me to clear out all those emotions. It was my purge-so I feel a lot more relaxed now. Thanks!
