Things that will be the death of me (or at least my academic career)

1) The International Cinema. It's just so good! Which is why I'm planning on spending approximately 5 hours there today instead of doing homework and such. Although to be perfectly honest I don't know how much homework I'd actually be doing at home on a Saturday afternoon. That never works out as well as I think it will. Anyway, I'm really excited for the 2 movies I'm seeing today! One is Rosenstrasse, which I saw a couple years ago with Christy (was Danny there too, or was that re-Danny? Weird that anything ever happened in life pre-Danny....) and anyway it's German, and really good as far as I can recall. I tried to get some friends to go see it with me, since I can personally vouch for it and not just think that maybe it might could be okay, but everyone had to work or is oging to the homecoming game. Psh! Homecoming? Come on. The other one is this French movie, Jean de Florette, which I've heard a lot about and never gotten aroudn to renting. So hopefully it's good. Either way it has Gerard Depardieu, so I won't be bored!

Um I guess that's the only thing on my list of things that are distracting me from academic success, besides 2) my own delightful laziness and 3) my lack of will to read school books when I could be reading fun books instead. I wouldn't have it any other way!

I remember Rosenstrasse-I did love it! Too bad no one else can benefit from your knowledge of films. Truly a shame. I hope the frenchy movie is good too. I am not doing anything today, and you're at the movie so I won't bother to call you and force you to talk to me. My phone is out of juice anyway.
