Don't worry, this isn't going to be an exhaustive list. That would take too much time and space, and maybe not be quite appropriate? Was it a mistake to let slip that some of my favorite words are swears? Dang it, the cat's out of the bag. Oh well, no one thought very well of my moral fiber anyway, right?
Anyway, to the matter at hand, two of my favorite words, which happen to start with the same letter, are (1) Exuberant , and (2) Elated. They're good words because they look and sound nice, and they seem to fit their meaning really well. I mean, how could you feel really exuberant without that x and that h in there? The x just cuts you to the stomach, but in a good, non guts-spilling way, and then the h jsut sort of throws you to the sky. Wow, that sounded so dorky I can hardly stand it, but seriously, those are the mental images I have. And elated is awesome because it's close enough to 'inflated' to give you the sense of being filled, but then the 'e' is there to soften it and make it feel clean and cottony.
Anyway, those are my feelings about two of my favorite words, which are especially great because they are fairly accurate descriptions of how I'm feeling right now. To bad it's nighttime so I'm going to have to waste all the goodness on sleep.
