...I BOUGHT HEALTH CEREAL.
I KNOW, right? Like, holy crap, who am I? All I can say is that I was at Costco with Nieman, and all the cost-effectiveness and the nutrition lesson at Enrichment on Wednesday and the presence of Nieman just got me all confused, and then all the sudden there was this box of Immune Support--Whole Grain Flakes with Orange Flavored Clusters and Real Strawberries in my cart, and what could I do? What can men do against such reckless graphic design and visual promises of health and success? NOTHING, but pay 6 bucks for a two-bag pack. I had a bowl of it for lunch today, and I'll be darned if it wasn't actually really tasty, dried fruit and oat clusters notwithstanding.
Nieman and I already went over the ground rules of eating health foods--it's okay when it's fun and feels good, you just have to remember who you are and be true to yourself. I'll try not to let my Immune Support with Orange Clusters and Real Strawberry change me.

I feel uncomfortable with the choices you've made.

YAY health food! I'm so proud.
Your sisters's coments make me laugh. And that's saying a lot tonight. Eat away! I don't fancy the orange cluster so much....
Katy! I think tat picture of you in '97 is cute!
That cereal sounds like it would be good with a lot of sugar, chocolate sauce, and butter!
